Online Lead Generation, Marketing
IPsmarx Technology is hiring an online lead generation individual to execute interactive campaigns and drive lead-generation programs online.
The candidate is responsible for managing and optimizing existing lead generation efforts, including webinars, email nurture programs,
PPC campaigns, end-to-end website registrations processes, SEO, and social media marketing campaigns in addition to recommending new strategies.
We're looking for a digital marketer who knows where to find IT & VoIP Companies online, and who understands the drivers of conversion optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities for and execute online lead generation campaigns to drive new revenue.
- Be the lead for all corporate marketing e-mail communications. This includes company newsletter, webinar sign-ups, new product announcements, auto-responders, lead nurturing, and lead generation campaigns.
- Generate leads through social media, industry forums, and other targeted websites.
- Manage and execute overall SEO strategy.
- Coordinate web site updates in association with lead generation activity, such as landing page development
- Work closely with the sales team to provide reporting on campaign effectiveness.
- Create, promote, and execute webinar series to generate new leads and nurture leads in the pipeline.
- Support major team efforts such as product launches and promotions.
- Contribute to and support the company’s blog sites.
Skills & Requirements:
- 3 years + working in progressive marketing and/or communications roles within a corporate environment
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
- B2B digital marketing background on proven experience (especially) in start-ups and/or technology environments.
- Proven experience with inbound marketing, lead generation, online marketing, search engine marketing and optimization, and social media marketingExcellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills.
- Ability to manage and multi-task in a face-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong written communication skills and enthusiasm for the Internet and latest online marketing trends are a must.
- Direct experience working with a marketing automation tool (such as Silverpop, Marketo, or Eloqua). Microsoft Dynamics CRM knowledge is also a plus
- A good understanding of what motivates people - You should know why people buy and why they don't.
VoIP Developer
Requirements:
- VoIP knowledge is necessary (SIP stack programming, feature programming, Low-level VoIP
development)
- Network Socket programming with BSD style socket API and Winsock API
- C / C++
- Programming experience in real time and resource constrained environment
